3 large scoops mayonnaise
3 large scoops sour cream
2 tablespoons EVOO
1 large lemon, juiced
6 ounces Danish bleu cheese crumbled
freshly grated black pepper
kosher salt
Combine all ingredients. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving, or refrigerate several days.
